These Terms & Conditions govern your use of chastainhaulers.com and the services offered by Chastain Haulers, a trade name of North Ridge Supply Co LLC. By using the website or submitting a reservation or service request, you agree to these terms.
Customer-Towed Trailer Rental Requests
Submitting a trailer rental request through ChastainHaulers.com does not create or confirm a rental. All approved trailer rentals are completed through Neighbors Trailer, including renter verification, payment, reservation confirmation, and applicable rental-protection eligibility. A rental is not confirmed until the customer completes the required Neighbors Trailer booking process and receives confirmation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their tow vehicle is properly rated and equipped for the trailer and for complying with applicable towing, loading, securement, and roadway requirements. Additional rental requirements may be provided before pickup.
Neighbors Trailer protection and related benefits are subject to Neighbors Trailer's eligibility requirements, terms, limitations, and exclusions.

Single-Item Pickup
Single-Item Pickup is single-item and small-load pickup for items in the driveway, garage, curbside, or inside the home, including items that require stairs. The listed flat price applies wherever the item is located.
Single-Item Pickup items have flat prices shown online. Viewing a price does not charge a card or create a binding reservation — no payment is collected for seeing a price. A pickup is scheduled only after you submit a pickup request.
You must have all selected items ready, in the location you specified, before we arrive. Your flat price is based on the item type, quantity, and location you select. If the actual item(s) are oversized, unusually heavy, inaccessible, or materially different from what was selected, Chastain Haulers may require an adjusted price before pickup, or may decline to complete the pickup at the listed price.
If your item is inside the home or requires stairs, you must describe the access (for example the floor, the stairs, and any narrow or tight areas) when you request the pickup, and provide a clear, safe path to the item. Chastain Haulers may decline to remove an item that cannot be moved safely or without risk of damage to the property, or may require an adjusted price before pickup if the access differs materially from what was described.
Hazardous and prohibited materials are excluded from Single-Item Pickup, same as every other Chastain Haulers service — see the Policies page for the full list. Tires are not accepted at this time.

Reservations and service
Submitting a reservation or service request starts a conversation — it does not by itself confirm a date or guarantee service. We confirm availability, your service address, and the scope of work before anything is scheduled. Requests outside our service area are reviewed individually and may be declined.
Pricing, package details, weight limits, prohibited materials, and delivery and pickup expectations are described on our Pricing and Policies pages and are part of these terms.
Self-Load Haul-Away — Future Service / Coming 2027
The provisions in this section describe Self-Load Haul-Away, a planned future service (targeted for 2027) and not currently available. They do not govern the customer-towed Dump Trailer Rental described above, which is a different service with different responsibilities — under that current rental service, the customer tows, loads, unloads, and returns the trailer, and Chastain Haulers does not take possession of or accept the contents. The provisions below are preserved from our original haul-away planning for when that service relaunches.
Your responsibilities (Self-Load Haul-Away, future service)
- Provide accurate contact and address information.
- Ensure the placement area and access path are clear and safe at drop-off and pickup.
- Keep loads within the stated weight and fill limits and only place accepted materials in the trailer.
- Load the trailer appropriately and distribute material safely and evenly.
- Do not tow, move, relocate, hitch, or operate the trailer — only Chastain Haulers may do so.
- Obtain any permit required for placement on a street or public right-of-way.
Trailer placement and disposal (Self-Load Haul-Away, future service)
Chastain Haulers delivers the trailer empty and leaves it at the approved location for your service period. The trailer must remain at that location; only Chastain Haulers may move or tow it. You are responsible for what you load and for staying within the stated weight limit. When your service period ends, Chastain Haulers returns, inspects the load, and accepts the approved contents up to the stated limit as part of your service price, then retrieves the trailer and determines the lawful disposition of the contents it has accepted, including disposal, recycling, recovery, or salvage.

Ownership and acceptance of contents (Self-Load Haul-Away, future service)
Customer retains ownership of and responsibility for all materials placed in the trailer until Company accepts the loaded trailer and its approved contents for retrieval. Upon Company's acceptance, and before transportation of the loaded trailer begins, ownership of all accepted contents transfers to Company. Company thereafter has the right to determine the lawful disposition of those contents, including disposal, recycling, recovery, salvage, or other lawful disposition. Prohibited, undisclosed, rejected, or noncompliant materials are not accepted by Company, do not transfer to Company, and remain Customer's responsibility.

Payment (Self-Load Haul-Away and Small-Load Pickup, future/not-currently-bookable services)
Charges, add-on fees, and any applicable sales tax are as described at the time of booking and on our Pricing and Policies pages. You are responsible for published add-on charges, failed pickups, and damage caused by unsafe access. Loads exceeding the 2.5-ton hard maximum are not accepted for transport and are not subject to a per-ton weight-overage fee. Over-filled or unsafe loads must be corrected before pickup; a failed-pickup fee may apply if the trailer cannot be safely retrieved as scheduled. Approved additional days are billed at $50/day only when requested and approved before your scheduled pickup; an unapproved holdover past your scheduled pickup is billed separately and is not an automatic extension. This payment section does not apply to the current customer-towed Dump Trailer Rental, which is paid for through Neighbors Trailer, not Chastain Haulers directly.
Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling (Self-Load Haul-Away and Small-Load Pickup, future/not-currently-bookable services)
This section applies to paid Dump Trailer Service (Self-Load Haul-Away) reservations and paid Small-Load Pickup bookings — both planned/future services that are not currently bookable. It does not apply to the current customer-towed Dump Trailer Rental, whose cancellation and rescheduling terms are Neighbors Trailer's own. Material Delivery is currently request-only; its cancellation and refund terms will be published separately once online payment for it is enabled.
- Cancelling 48 or more hours before your scheduled service: full refund.
- Cancelling 24–48 hours before your scheduled service: 75% refund.
- Cancelling less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, or after your service period has begun: no refund.
- Finishing or picking up early does not generate a prorated refund — you are reserving the service period, not paying by the day.
- Each booking is eligible for one complimentary reschedule when requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled service, subject to trailer availability on the new dates. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually.
- If Chastain Haulers cancels your service, including for weather or safety, we will first offer a complimentary reschedule; if no workable date is available, you will receive a full refund.

SMS Terms
Text messaging is optional and separate from requesting service. By ticking the SMS consent box on our reservation, pickup, junk removal, or trailer request forms and giving us your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Chastain Haulers related to your request or reservation, such as requests for photos or details, your quote, scheduling, delivery, pickup, service updates, and customer support. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
The consent box is never pre-checked, and submitting a request does not by itself sign you up for texts. If you do not tick it, we will not send you automated texts, although we may contact you by phone or email about your request, and we may reply if you text us first.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, START to opt back in, or HELP for assistance. After you reply STOP we will not text you again unless you opt back in.

Website use
The website and its content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with our services. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of any law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chastain Haulers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
