This Privacy Policy explains what information Chastain Haulers (“Chastain Haulers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you use chastainhaulers.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Chastain Haulers is a trade name of North Ridge Supply Co LLC.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact details — your name, phone number, email address, and service address when you submit a reservation, pickup, junk removal, trailer, or contact request. We ask for a mobile number on our pickup, junk removal, and trailer request forms so we can reach you about your request.
• Request details — the service you request, the items or materials involved, preferred dates or time windows, project notes, and any details you share so we can quote and schedule the work.
• Photos — photos you upload with a request, or text to us, so we can see what needs to be removed. They are stored privately and used only to quote and schedule your job.
• Communications — messages you send us by email, text, or phone (including photos you text us), and our replies.
• Your text-message choice — whether you ticked the text-message consent box on a request form, when, and the version of the wording you saw, and any later STOP or START reply.

When you visit the website we also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page. We use Google Analytics for aggregate traffic and conversion measurement (for example, how many visitors start a reservation). This data is used in aggregate and is not used to text or call you.

If you arrive from an ad or another link, we save how you got here — such as campaign tags in the link, an advertising click ID, and the referring page — together with your request, so we can tell which of our channels people use. We use this only for our own measurement.

How we use your information

• Respond to your reservation or service request and provide a quote.
• Keep each request in a simple internal record (your contact details, what you asked for, photos, messages, and our notes) and use a basic automatic ranking to decide which requests to answer first. The ranking only helps us prioritize; it never decides whether you can book.
• Schedule, deliver, and pick up dump trailer rentals and bulk material deliveries.
• Send you transactional updates about your request (confirmations, scheduling changes, delivery and pickup information, and service status).
• Provide customer support and respond to your questions.
• Keep records for billing, safety, and legal compliance.
• Maintain and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate our business — for example, our website host, email provider, text-messaging provider, and payment processor — and only as needed to perform those services for us. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own independent marketing purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, the public, or Chastain Haulers.

SMS / Mobile Messaging Privacy

We collect your mobile phone number when you give it to us on our reservation, pickup, junk removal, trailer, or contact forms. Giving us a number so we can reach you about your request is not consent to receive text messages.

We send text messages only if you tick the separate, unchecked text-message consent box on a request form (or on our reservation form), or if you text us first. We save a record of your choice: that you ticked the box, when, and which version of the wording you saw. Submitting a request without ticking the box does not enroll you in texting.

If you agree, we use your mobile number to send service-related messages about your own request or reservation, such as asking for photos or details of the job, confirmations, scheduling updates, delivery and pickup information, quote and service updates, and customer-service communications. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

If you text us, we keep your message and any photos you send, attach them to your request so we can help you, and may reply to you.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information will only be shared with service providers as necessary to operate our messaging service and fulfill the services requested by the customer, and not for those providers' independent marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies based on your request and interaction with Chastain Haulers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for assistance. After you reply STOP we will not send you further text messages unless you opt back in.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, and comply with our legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out (reply START to opt back in, or HELP for help), or contact us and ask to be removed. Opting out of texts — or never ticking the consent box — does not affect your ability to request, book, or receive service; we may still reach you by phone or email about your request.
• Email: ask us to stop sending non-essential email at any time.
• Access and correction: contact us to review, update, or delete the information we hold about you.

Children’s privacy

The website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
